Shipping Policy

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Velvet Grace, 4025 US Route 34, Oswego, IL 60543

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also physically return the item to our store address above with the item in the same condition it was shipped in.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit.  The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise.

Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are over-sized and overweight.  In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.

Return/Refund Policy

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase from Velvet Grace, we will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only.  Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

Please send your return back to us via a shipping carrier of your choice, preferably with tracking to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Drop-Ship Items
  • Paint, Wax, or Laquer
  • Jewelry
  • Bath + Body

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

We only replace items in stock when defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at:

Original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and a refund will be credited to your credit card.
